Bryan Clifford
Bryan has championed the cause of partnering in Hong Kong construction for more than 5 years as Managing Director of JCP (SEA) and as leader of the Partnering Specific Interest Group for the Association for Project Management. He is a skilled and respected facilitator; trained in group dynamics and behaviour analysis using the unique and very successful techniques developed by JCP Consultancy Ltd in the UK. He is also a fully trained and accomplished facilitator of value management and risk management workshops which are run in conjunction with partnering to provide a comprehensive facilitated project improvement service. Bryan has 25 years experience at senior level with some of the best companies within the construction industry and was a Project Director with Arup managing major projects in Europe and Hong Kong. This has provided an ideal background for facilitating and guiding team leaders in developing cooperative working relationships and achieving significant improvements in their performance.
