Mary Ann’s professional experience includes the founding of Executive Coach Partnership, LLC, a professional coaching company, and Partner/Owner in D.S. Allen Associates, Inc., a nationally recognized executive search firm. Previously, Mary Ann was the Director of Recruiting and Human Resources for the Technology Practice of KPMG Consulting (now Bearing Point) based in New York. Her roles have included the recruitment and coaching of CEO’s, Boards, Executives, Partners, Senior Managers and Management teams. Her professional background and experience incorporates a cross section of industry knowledge and functional expertise with an emphasis in Information Technology, High-Tech, Security, Communications, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services and Management Consulting both nationally and internationally.
