Simon is an experienced consultant with a focus on developing highly effective organisations, and driving out enhanced value from collaborative arrangements.
Over fifteen years he has worked with leading companies across a range of sectors including, roads, rail, transport, utilities, retail, marketing/PR, health, leisure, as well as local and national government.
He possesses extensive consultancy, facilitation, project management, strategy and implementation capabilities. And is recognised by clients as an expert in organisation development, alignment and culture change.
Simon has been principal consultant on our work with Tubelines, BNFL, Anglian Water, and National Grid Transco. He’s been directly involved in complex programmes for developing boards, culture change and collaborative procurement strategies. His work with groups has been focused on the leadership, collaboration and communication behaviours/skills required to improve performance. The hub of a large part of his work is the development of collaborative work systems between departments, divisions and multiple organisations.
His work has included selection, integration and development of alliance and supply chain partners both in regulatory and non-regulatory sectors. His skill is in developing ‘can do’ cultures by helping people dismantle attitudinal, physical, organisational and behavioural barriers to effective operating.
He’s successfully worked across Europe on complex, large value, multi stakeholder projects. Simon has worked in this field for over fifteen years since gaining an MSc in Organisation Development, and is qualified to administer a range of individual, team and organisational tools and profiles.
