JCP people are comfortable with, and are used to dealing with, uncertainty and ambiguity. We would rather tackle complexity with you than choose the easy simplicity of prescription; we challenge codes, rules and even best practice when they appear merely to serve to protect selfish attitudes and behaviours. All of JCP people have considerable first hand experience in successfully dealing with changes within their previous Organisations and their personal lives.
