Jerry Bailey
An experienced collaborative working, project and programme management consultant, coach and facilitator with a civil engineering background, working particularly on the development of processes, practices, skills and behaviours in partnering and alliancing in road, rail, nuclear, housing and water sectors. Additionally, has provided specialised consultancy and facilitation, particularly in a collaborative environment, in areas such as risk management, value management/value engineering, project management, post project review, process development and competence mapping.
Sarah Higgins
An experienced organisational behaviour consultant and facilitator, with a mechanical engineering background. Possesses particular skills in the development of behavioural measurement tools and a strong understanding of interpersonal communication and behaviour.
Michael Jacobs
An experienced practising consultant and mediator with particular skills in relationship management, especially around the areas of interpersonal difficulties and/or work-based conflicts. Experienced across a range of sectors, including statutory as well as commercial, in delivering communication training, consultancy, and one-to-one performance coaching/mentoring.
Martin Lusty
A successful facilitator, consultant and trainer in partnering and continual improvement, with broad experience in civil engineering construction, manufacturing and oil & gas sectors. Skilled in working with inter-personal behaviour and cultural development with a proven ability in working with groups to bring out and address issues constructively. Able to apply the tools of continuous improvement and trained in the application of Balanced Scorecard, Business Excellence, Lean Thinking, and Construction Excellence’s Integration Toolkit.
Paul Mellon

billion per annum. Private sector experience in IT, electronics, aerospace,
automotive and general manufacturing, and public sector/public services
experience in Water, Defence and Health.

Experienced project manager and small business executive responsible for manufacturing process design and optimisation, marketing and product design. Knowledgeable of collaborative and cross-team alliancing and behavioural analysis techniques.
Hilary Sullivan
Senior management consultant with skills and experience which include facilitation, coaching, relationship management, behavioural awareness and working with teams and individuals to achieve their objectives through collaborative working. Prior to joining JCP Hilary worked in commercial and planning environment in a large organisation gaining first hand experience of the practicalities of implementing collaborative working arrangements.
